Standard SMS messages have a 160-character limit. If your message exceeds this limit, it will be split into multiple messages. Zuvo automatically handles message splitting and provides character count indicators in the campaign builder.

How do I import my contact list?

You can import contacts via CSV file, manual entry, or API integration. Our system automatically validates phone numbers and removes duplicates. Make sure your contacts have opted in to receive SMS messages to maintain compliance.
